Conference Room Facilities

Waterview Room
Our most popular room for functions. This area includes a 715 square feet room and an adjoining outdoor deck with uncompromising views of the Lewes Harbor.
In a classroom or conference-style setting, the room seats up to 25; in an amphitheater setting it will seat up to 60. For standing receptions, the room accommodates up to 75 and for formal dinners, 40. This room is also equipped with two restrooms. Conference space includes complimentary High-Speed Wireless Internet Access.

Parkview Room
This 776 square feet room enjoys views of Lewes’ developing Canalfront Park. Our adjoining Breakfast Lounge provides additional space for buffet and bar arrangements. In a classroom or conference-style setting, the room seats up to 40; in an amphitheater setting up to 75. For standing receptions, the room accommodates up to 100 and for formal dinners, 65. Conference space includes complimentary High-Speed Wireless Internet Access.

You may wish to use these two facilities together to accommodate larger functions. We can provide any level of service that you may require. Audio/visual aids are available.
