Rate Policies
- All rates are per night.
- VIP Suites: Rates are based on 4 guests. 2 night minimum rental. Other Rooms: Rates are based on double occupancy. Maximum 4 guests per room.
- Rates include a European-Style Breakfast.
- Guest Fitness Center
- Complimentary Overnight Guest Parking.
- Unlimited High Speed Wireless Internet Access.
- Check-in 3:00pm, Check-out 11:00am.
- Rates are subject to change and an 8% tourism tax and a 4% service charge applies.
- No charge for children under 5 years of age.
- Advanced deposit by credit card required on all reservations.
- One week cancellation notice required.
- Cancellation / Change service charge of $30.00
- Cribs and rollaways are available at $25.00 per night.

- In accordance with the state law, The Delaware Clean Air Act, The Inn at Canal Square is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking in any of our rooms will result in a $400.00 fine and cleaning fee. This fee will NOT be waived.
